Dresses over Pants?

Fixin to Thrill: Knit Tunic

Fixin to Thrill: Knit Tunic

Dresses over pants were all the rage this past season and not just on the runway, this trend even made it to the streets but I just couldn’t do it. It felt so unnatural to me. The closest I could come to trying the trend was with this tunic style knit turtleneck. The long, knee skimming length was very reminiscent of a dress but the hip high slits were a constant reminder that this was in fact, no dress. I decided to keep my look monochromic to assist me with easing into this new silhouette then broke it up with black details and my Prada sunnies. I love sleeveless turtlenecks but I have to say, I’m not sure the longer length suits me?
