During my last trip to Miami, over the span of Miami Art Week, I did very little in terms of checking out the city. Everything was art centered, and rightfully so, Miami during Art Week is just buzzing. It’s a must!
On my final day in Miami I planned a nice brunch at Three in Wynwood and was absolutely blown away by the restaurant. The location, service and food were all top notch! Not really what you come to expect in Miami, sorry not sorry. I love Miami with my entire heart, most of you know that by now, but one thing I don’t like about Miami is usually the service in restaurants. It’s just not good. I blame it on the fact that gratuity is already factored in, they just don’t really feel like they have to try…at all. But like I said, this place was different, the service was AMAZING!
Part of what I love about Three is the location, just blocks from the Wynwood Walls, you get to experience a different side to Miami than just South Beach. You could easily spend the entire day here, as a matter of fact, I highly recommend doing just that! Keep reading for some of my favorite places to go in Wynwood!
As we wrapped up our brunch and asked for the check our amazing server offered to top our bottomless mimosas off one last time and walk us upstairs to the rooftop party. Um yes, thank you! This was when the already perfect service really took it beyond my expectations.
We weren’t even sure that the upstairs bar and downstairs restaurant were one, and to be honest, I’m still not too sure but our waiter took us up this back stairwell that came out directly behind the DJ booth and then took us to a table and got us settled in. Like, come on! Talk about above and beyond!
The rooftop was amazing, we had great views of downtown Miami and over looking some of Wynwood. There was a DJ and the vibes was perfect for a Sunday Funday. Some other fun spots to check out in Wynwood are:
