Getting All the Autumn Feels

So the other night I was putting away clothes and decided it was time to pack away my swimsuits and bring out my sweaters and scarves-OH MY GOSH I have all the feels now y’all. I’m so ready for Fall, for cooler weather, for layering and dare I say it? For pumpkin spice everything!

Now I live in Texas so we don’t really get much of a Fall around here, or maybe we don’t get a Winter and actually have a long Fall-I can’t decide? But any who, we aren’t getting the cold fronts just yet, no leaves falling or even turning colors and I refuse to have a PSL before the temperature is below 80 degrees.  In lieu of those things I’m just dressing in neutrals and biding my time. The first official day of Fall may be today but in all reality we don’t get our cold weather until Halloween weekend most years. This top, with its neutral color palette, was the perfect stand in for my fall sweaters and will be ideal for layering once the temperatures do start to dip. Till then, I wait.
