Versatility with Sanctuary

Growing up in Texas has taught me a couple of key things when it comes to fashion:

1. The higher the hair the closer to God.
2. Cowboy boots can be worn with literally everything.
3. Versatility is ideal, our weather not so much.

Keeping one of those points in mind I scored this ladylike Sanctuary jacket that just so happens to also work perfectly on its own as a winter dress. With the weather not quite deciding for sure if it wants to stay chilly or revert back to summer temps it can be so hard to shop.  In these times of limbo versatility is everything.

I’m not going to lie, when I first grabbed this jacket I thought it was a dress, it was completely zipped up and had an hourglass shape to it, it was very dress like. This is a very PG version of wearing a coat and nothing else, well except undergarments. Don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about, ladies (loose term) in movies have been doing it for years.  I got my jacket in an extra small but would probably order up a size if you’re planning to use as a coat and wear over thick layers. The XS is perfect for a shift dress fit or layering over thin tees or sweaters.
